My stay at the Hyatt Place was absolutely phenomenal. The staff, especially Olivia and Julio, were friendly, helpful and very professional. My room was clean, as was the property. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional and better than some hotel breakfasts I’ve paid for. The pool was great, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Gilbert/Chandler/Phoenix area.

Nice hotel overall. Room we stayed in the bathroom and closet was slightly smaller than expected. Bathroom door barely missed toilet when opening and closing. Staff was wonderful.

This hotel is great! The rooms are very nice but you have to request a microwave as they are not in the rooms. The fitness center was ok as they had dumbbell weights and 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a recumbent bike. They have a hot breakfast with real plates and real silverware. The staff was great and took care of all my needs. The only thing I wish they would have would be a drip coffee for the evening.

It was a great location. The building appeared very beautiful on the outside. The entrance looked good. But as soon as you enter the elevator. You see old stained up carpet. The room also had more large stairs in the carpet. Staff was very friendly. Didn't eat breakfast. Meeting up with friends. On way to Cali. No bar.
