"Decent home, but not the best area. The mattresses were terrible. Couldn’t get the direct tv to work on any tvs except for one. The back patio was dirty and there was a giant ashtray full of cigar and cigarette butts. Might be time for some fresh paint inside and out. New mattresses wouldn’t hurt either."

"Single king bed plus large L couch that also had pull out bed option. Room layout is great. Nice TV think it was a 55” and channel menu easy to navigate. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Complimentary breakfast bar has perfect mix. Cold lemon water in dispenser at front door is a nice touch. Great value for the price and close to Target Costco and a short drive to / from TCU. Will stay here again. 2 thumbs up."

"Finding property very difficult. There are two places with the same street address 3 or 4 miles apart. Waze, Google take you to the wrong one. Several calls to La Quinta before we found a real person to give us the number of the front desk. Not much help there either. Seemingly unaware of the problem. we finally figured it out. Took over an hour."

"Run down mildew smelling hotel. Mattress and Bedding were awful. No mattress pad and cover. Needs a complete Reno. Very noisy from freeway traffic. Security light kept beaming in our room. Other hotels were booked due to TCU graduation or I would have left. Left at 3 AM for 4 hour drive home and went to bed."

"We were there to attend our daughter’s TCU graduation, and the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The event planner did a wonderful job transforming the hotel lobby into a fun and festive celebration with a sparkly balloon backdrop, “2026” display for photos, purple bead necklaces, custom TCU cookies, bagged popcorn in TCU’s colors, and refreshing Moxi drinks (which were a great alcohol-free touch). It was all very thoughtful and made the celebration feel extra special for the guests. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness. Overall, the room was very nice, but when we arrived I noticed a pair of black socks on the floor, a larger snack crumb that I stepped on, and the shower floor was very slippery. Since the room is somewhat dark and the socks blended into the flooring, I can understand how they may have been missed, but it did make me wonder if the room had not been thoroughly vacuumed. On a positive note, the snack shop was wonderful for late-night needs—offering wine, beer, water, and snacks, which was very convenient. However, there were no utensils, napkins, or paper or plastic cups available either in the room or at the snack store, which would have been helpful since items are purchased there to bring back to the room to heat and or eat."
