"Stayed at the St. John Inn for three nights. This place has a very Caribbean hostel vibe, colorful and laid back. The staff could not have been better. Angie and Karen were so nice and helpful. They had the continental breakfast out in the morning and were able to help us navigate our way around. They keep a stock of snorkeling gear, beach bags, and sunscreen out for guests to borrow, which was super nice. Easy 5 min. walk to the waterfront, where all the restaurants, bars, and ferry are. They have their own parking lot, so there is no charge to park your rental. The room AC units worked fine, as long as you don't go below 72 degrees, at which time they ice up and take time to thaw. The only complaint was that there were a few bugs in the bathroom, which I didn't mind, but some might. For the price, those coming from the U.S. might expect better, but you are paying for the convenient location and friendly staff. I'd stay there again."

"This property is exactly what the reviews read. The rooms are beautiful and new. There is refrigerator that had a welcome bottle of wine and water. We stayed on the top floor waterfront. The view was fabulous. The bedding was very comfortable with goose down. The showers were walk-in and sizable there isn’t an ice machine yet. If you have issues walking up the stairs, there is no elevator. The view is fabulous. The staff was there when we arrived off the ferry, which was around 6 o’clock. There are shops within walking distance, including a new convenience store, and the taxi stand. You can see the hotel from the ferry dock the property is well kept and new with really nice Landscaping … there was a worker on the property when we checked out, he was happy to help us take our luggage down to the street, which was very helpful"

"Great stay for our family of four. Great location—although difficult to walk from with no sidewalks. Plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. Wonderful view of Cruz Bay from the porch. We had one small power outage during our stay and the backup solar panel was nice. Would stay here again."

"Exceptional hospitality. The host left so many helpful supplies. There was even backup power when we needed it. The property is magical with so many gorgeous plants and birds and fish and nature! The decor is lovely. Fans plus AC keep things cool. Very restful."

"The property was exactly as it shows, clean, well maintained, great location to town. Quite evenings. I will be staying here again and again. Deep drop driveway, but in St John you either have a steep driveway up or down. It was easy to navigate, once you do it once you know it is easy. The pool was just the right size to cool off after a day of beaching. This property has everything you need and more. Easy communication with host May."

"My husband and I stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I worked with their affiliated travel agent, Tara, and she was so helpful in planning activities. The condo is cute and as pictured. Nice view of the water and such an easy, 5-minute walk to downtown Cruz Bay! My only small suggestion would be to provide guests with shower gel or soap in the shower along with the shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Not a big deal. Would we stay here again if we came back to St. John? In a heartbeat!"
