"Our family stayed here during a baseball tournament in Ledbetter, TX. The breakfast was a great thing to have so that we didn't have to eat at the fields or try to find a fast breakfast on the way to the games. This hotel is only about 20 minutes or so from the fields so if you have a longer drive (Austin or Round Rock) it's a great option instead of driving back and forth for the weekend... especially if you get that last seed bracket game, IYKYK."

"Nice place and friendly staff. Convenient location to the downtown area and local restaurants---all very walkable. We stayed in the "Potting Shed". Not what I was initially expecting....because it really was a "potting shed" at one time! Nonetheless, the decor was pretty darn cute and the bed was great. Super nice staff at their onsite restaurant for guests. Will return for a future visit."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. The first was with girlfriends and this time with my sister in law and our daughters. It’s got plenty of room, a great pool,plenty of space, and is in the perfect location to shop around Top."

"In spite of extreme heat and an area wide power failure right after our arrival we enjoyed our stay. The most incredible part of the place is the massive 400 year old oak tree behind the cabin! Walter was friendly, communicated well, and was responsive to our concerns. He provided delicious pastries and fresh fruit upon our arrival. Our dog enjoyed the wide open spaces and drinking from the pond. The cabin was clean and cute."

"Beautiful scenery very peaceful. Not too family friendly. Had to be poolside or upstairs. The entire living space is upstairs. I have a disabled family member that we had to almost carry up the stairs. No convenient restroom near the pool. Very remote, need to plan on not going to the store through your trip. I may have missed all that in the ad. Seems like I got all the information after I booked."
