"The hotel is clean and functional. The AC is very useful in the summer. But my check-in process was very bad. The self check-in machine asked me to pay (I already paid Expedia in full when making the booking) for my booking, but always show errors when I tried to pay. "FOOD: Compared to other all inclusive hotels we’ve been to (cape verde, greece, antalya) food here is so far the best. Stayed fo 13 days and no issues whatsoever especially with our 15mo old STAFF: all very friendly and polite. Facilities: POOL they have fantastic paddle pool for babies and toddlers, they also have pool area for older kids. Adult section in front of the castle and an infinity pool adults only area facing the sea. Soft play area Nursing room-changing facilities, steriliser (which I am very surprised that they have), microwave and sink. Restaurant,ala carte and bars Amazing food at the buffet Ladon: steak house- I highly recommend people to try the T-bone, its for extra charge of 51euros but definitely worth it. Nemuru-asian restaurant- not so impressed Il paradiso- il edit this review once we tried it. No issues getting drinks with bars, sometimes staff will also come to you at your table to ask for your order. They also have a fastfood style restaurant by the kids pool area where you can self order on their kiosk. They have cheese bites, burgers, hotdogs, wraps, chips etc in there. Only issue I had was for the first 5 days room aircon wasnt working and I reported it to them since day 1, infairness to them they tried to sort it out but its really not working. They offered us a room change but we are not really keen to pack our bags again, check out at 12nn and wait 3pm for the new room. Fan was offered but when we said yes to it, nothing was available."

"I stayed here for one night as an airport stopover. I must admit I do not understand the terrible reviews. Yes the decor in the rooms is basic and a little tired. But the bedding, towels and room was very clean. It’s a 24H reception which is perfect for late arrivals and breakfast is included. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffet style with a great selection. It’s close to the bus stop to the airport and the bus takes 5mins and cost c€2 The little town it’s in has several coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. I couldn’t fault it for an overnight stay If you want 5star don’t stay here but if you want value for money for a short stay, with a friendly service and good surrounding amenities I would recommend"

"Everything was excellent. The only concern was the wind outside was incredible intense. It was extremely loud; it howled, roared, and sounded like it spoke in tongues... The wind also created a speculative view. I watched para sailing from my balcony. They skipped across the water, jumped high into the air, and floated far above the waves. It was beautiful… "
