After arguing and showing them the Orbitz receipt, the owner tried to put us in a 3 person sleep room while we booked it for 5 people. At last, they put us in 5 person suite as booked on Orbitz. They did not provide any towels. In the morning they refused to provide free breakfast as booked on Orbitz. "
