"The property is very nice. They have multiple restaurants on the property and kayaking and bikes is included. Other stores are around but you need ride share if you’re not renting a car. "
"We had an amazing trip to Puerto Rico! My husband and I along with our 2 sons (20 & 16) enjoyed this home very much. We each had our own spaces and the house was equipped with everything we needed and more. It’s close to a few grocery stores Walmart, Ralph’s, and another smaller grocery store up the mountain that has an awesome sandwich shop in it. We ate there twice and my sons are still talking about those sandwiches. (The information for that grocery store is in the info book at the house). The little pool was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the nightly serenade of the Coqui frogs. It is up pretty high on the mountain, but the views and the home make it worth it, and is a nice comfortable place to come back to after a long day of exploring. Our rental car battery was dead one morning, and April and Jarl were very helpful in helping us. They called a friend who lived close who came to help us and ended up letting us borrow his car battery so we could drive to get a new one. Very nice! I miss sitting on the patio and watching the rain. My younger son stayed in the downstairs bedroom. We set up the box fans (one at the top of the stairs to blow ac down there and one in his room) to get air circulating down there and he said it was fine. We will definitely be back! The drive seems long at first but after a couple days, we appreciated being up there in this beautiful home away from all the hustle and bustle of the crowded city areas. Thank you for our stay! "

"Amazing place to stay. Local to so many stores including close to much we wanted to do. All the amenities needed. Cozy and homie, having the pool for our access, grill to cook on, 3 full bathrooms and one half was great to accommodate everyone efficiently. Staff communication was amazing and adequate. Will definitely be booking again. "

My only critique is related to dining. The two dinner options were a bit too fussy. Simpler menu options would be very welcomed. And obviously the dining prices from breakfast to dinner were $$$$ but aside from that it was an amazing resort that our family loved. "
"The place was very very dirty . Hair in the shower , hair on the pillow cases . When brought to the host attention he said he did clean. We arrived late due to the flight and the host still did not have the place ready he had us wait outside . I booked the house well in advance and check in is at 4 we didn’t get there till 7:30. The ceiling was leaking water from the light and when brought to the attention of the host he simply ignored the problem . The stove and tv did not work and the air is only in 2 rooms. "
