"We came down for a guys' golf weekend, and it was the perfect setup. The house is modern, spacious, and well laid out, with four comfortable bedrooms. After our rounds, we loved grilling by the pool, relaxing with a few drinks in the courtyard, and unwinding together. The location is excellent—inside the second gate with easy access to the Ocean Course and all the other Kiawah courses. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks for a great weekend!"

"The property was absolutely amazing….the staff was incredible. The food was outstanding. The only thing to note that if you stay in a Villa on the grounds versus at the hotel/sanctuary, you don’t have access to the best pool on the beach and you have to pay for beach chairs- $20 a chair. But even given that, we cannot wait to go back. Perfect for families!"

"The property was excellent. We took the entire family for a vacation. Fourteen people ages 8 to 76. All had a great time. The kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for the family to gather for meals. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. The beach ( 4-5 minutes by bike and maybe 10- 15 to walk) was excellent. Bike travel was fun for all ages. Side trip to Charleston is an excellent option as was a visit for dinner to the Ryder Cup Oceanside Club. Grocery and other retail facilities about 8 -10 minutes away were also very useful.Jeff the host was always helpful and responsive both before and during the trip. We highly recommend this property."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was very lovely, it was accessible for my 86 year old grandma with mobility issues. I highly recommend this rental if you wish to stay on Kiawah Island."

"It’s a very nice property but, some extra cleaning on the outdoor grill is needed and the pool needed servicing badly which the property manager was quick in doing so. Overall the property description is accurate."

"House was great! Family had a wonderful time. The lagoon was nice out back for fishing and watching wildlife. Our kids caught some great red fish. House was huge and nicely appointed. Would definitely go back."
