"This is the 2nd year in a row that my friend and I have stayed in this unit. The price is very reasonable for the location. The view off the balcony doesn't overlook the beach, but the live oaks and other tropical vegetation surrounding the unit provides a peaceful spot to relax. The beach is less than 2 minute's walk away without crossing a road - instead there is a nice paved trail to the boardwalk. and it's located a quick bike ride away from Night Heron Park. The whole island and beaches are kept clean and safe, and it occurred to me that you don't smell even a hint of that ocean fishy smell. I went for the wildlife and the peaceful beach, and was NOT disappointed. I would definitely stay there again and again!"

"Kitchen while reasonable complete lacked a kettle. There were not enough cloth washing pods left for a two week stay and also paper towels. Also TV's need upgrading as neither TV supported Bluetooth which is pretty common these days. "

" we throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa! Screened in porch was a delight and we spent most of our time out there including our meals. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the villa handled our toddler granddaughter just right. We did bring a child gate for the stairs. Would definitely return!"
