"Nice retro feel throughout the hotel, which I really enjoyed. Coming from Las Vegas, the pool was just okay for me, I mainly used the main pool since it had a bar and DJ, and while there was a good crowd on the weekend, it felt more like a casual backyard-style pool than anything standout. The restaurant/bar Zuzu was excellent; I had dinner there and loved it, though it was a bit pricey. Staff across the property were consistently helpful and attentive, and housekeeping service was solid each day. A few downsides: the in-room refrigerator was fully stocked with hotel items, leaving no space for personal use, so I had to go downstairs for ice. I was also on the side of the hotel without an elevator, which made things a bit less convenient. The reading light near my bed came loose, but maintenance responded quickly and fixed it right away. The shower drain was slow, which I chose not to report during my stay. Overall, the location was great with plenty of places to go within walking distance and easy Uber/Lyft access. I’d rate it about 4/5…definitely a nice, relaxed stay, especially for a couple or anyone looking for a peaceful place to unwind."

"This is going to be my new spot for staycations. The hotel was a great size with lots of space for all of the families who were there when we arrived for Father’s Day. They have two restaurants, one used as a semi-dining hall used for the complementary breakfast, which includes a bar; and an outdoor bar by the front pool from what we saw. Pet friendly for a fee. We were surprised to receive two complimentary cocktails per adult when we arrived. The room rooms are huge, too! The couch even had to pull out bed, which was great for the kids because the full-sized beds are a little small for my husband and me. Overall, 10/10! Loved everything about this spot."

"Loved it. Definitely the place to be while in Scottsdale. Even if you’re older lol We ate at the wolf and absolutely loved it. Both pools are fabulous too. Great vibes. Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with spacious rooms. And all day shopping at fashion square mall next door. We will definitely be back"

"This location is still in the process of renovation and transition of the property but comfortable enough for a great night stay and the pool was the main attraction but needs to be checked and cleaned as guests tend to leave their trash,towels,cans,cups making it look like unattractive. Also there is a $30 parking fee for every night that you stay and even as a Hyatt member i still had to pay and would think this would be waived and having an open gate property and no security on site, i wonder why we are imposed the parking fee. Overall we wont mind returning once these lil flaws are corrected."
