"Great stay overall. The location was excellent—close to Hong Kong Station, Central, and convenient for visiting The Peak. Having one apartment per floor made it quiet, private, and spacious, with lovely views from the room and rooftop bar. However, while generally clean, there were some minor issues like sofa stains and a bit of mold in the shower. Given this, it was a good stay, but still feel it was a little overpriced. "This is my fourth time staying with Hopewell. I like it because it is quite new and the staff are very professional. The air condition is a bit noisy though. But room size is good, mattress is good. I had the harbour facing room this time. It is nice, but I prefer the panorama view room more."

"Check in is via a video link we knew we had booked a small room but this was ridiculous , Twin beds no room for side tables , no wardrobe to hang clothing, a certainly no where for our suitcases . We had booked for 10days but due to a family emergency we checked out after two nights , oh and their strict no refunds no changes policy is fully enforced, no exceptions ,"

"Lots of room for a Hong Kong Hotel. Great little restaurant next to hotel for lunch and dinner and so reasonably priced. Also a five minute walk to a street full of places to eat. A MTR station was right next to hotel, and Ding Dings right at your foot steps. All staff were helpful, especially Tiffany. I had emailed them shortly after booking with them to make sure that they would store our luggage since we would be arriving at the hotel at around 8:30am. Their response was that it was not a problem and also, that if our room was available, that we could even check in earlier. When we actually arrived, our room was free but they said that there would be a charge for checking in earlier. We decided against this because we needed to go out and find a meal to eat and we had already made plans for this first day to be out. Guess it was a little disappointing that they didn’t mention that there would be a fee if we were to check in earlier and it just seemed that they were trying to make money where they could (we stayed 15 nights, you’d think they could have waived this!). Room was comfortable. They provided slippers but bring your own robes since they do not provide them. The room had a horrible view of the roof of the building next door! I asked if we could change rooms so that we could get a better view. They said that all rooms in the cheaper category all had a view of the building next door. We had a « Premium » room. Maybe call to clarify!"
