"Lovely peaceful relaxing stay, .Nat and Ricci in restaurant and Nicola on reception all going out of their way to be very helpful...thankyou Food was tasty... Just a few tiny maintenance jobs but were sorted very quickly... Lovely place and the grounds and walks were beautiful. Will def go again.. Best part was the unlimited tea and coffee stations..."

"Dropped a point for mould on the shower mastic. Other than that my stay was excellent. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good (full English). Limited room numbers and the car park is shared with a nursery at the back...so parking spaces are at a premium. There is one disabled room on the ground floor. The rates are reasonable and I enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel is less than 10 minutes to the shopping centre and the town centre. Score out of 100 = 98%"

"This turned out to be a home away from home. Our hosts were superb, making sure we settled in and were comfortable. There were lots of little details that made our stay enjoyable and memorable. Items such as the history, displays, wildlife and so forth. The only true and meaningful compliment that we can offer is: Would we return? Absolutely. In fact, we are already starting our plans for that return trip."

"The location of this house was perfect for the shopping district with coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, Tesco express, boutiques, Friday night music at the bandstand and close to the park and Horsham train station. Try the Black Jug across the street with its outdoor patio in the back or the Giggly Squid for Thai food. The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host timely. The on-site parking was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and we loved the updated bathrooms, especially the rain shower heads. The top floor bedrooms could use fans in the summer months and the main living area would benefit from some furniture upgrading. We definitely enjoyed watching the World Cup matches on the big screen tv!"

"It’s all about the location with this property! Couldn’t be more plumb centre to everything. Inside, the property had all the necessary things to make it a home from home. Lovely and clean and quirky, we really enjoyed our stay. Only minor irk was the parking, would have been absolutely perfect if there was a space, but not a major problem."

"This is without doubt a really lovely little bolt hole. Peaceful and beautiful. At the time of year we visited the paths were muddy and filled with huge puddles. Boots/wellingtons and definitely a torch would have been useful. Also the bedroom is small and the bed is more or less at floor level which was quite difficult to negotiate. Having said that the boathouse is very well put together and the view is so tranquil. "
