"The hot tub was turned off when we arrived. By the time it warmed up, we were only able to use it for one of our two nights. The room smelled strongly of marijuana. When we called the company, a representative said they would call us back. That never happened. A worker sent a can of febreeze. The room was overall fairly clean, but there was a dirty styrofoam plate, bowl, and cup above the microwave. The air conditioner blew bits of gray material out of the vents. The location was convenient and easy to find. Checking into the property was easy. The concept of staying in a treehouse is fun and unique, but the property managers need to pay closer attention to detail between stays. "

"My husband and I stayed here with our three children and my husband‘s parents, so 7 adult-sized people. The cabin accommodated us perfectly. We wouldn’t have changed a thing about our stay and we would love to go back. Our host was very communicative and quick to attend to any question we had during our stay. She even checked in with us a few weeks before our trip and I asked for recommendations for a baker in the area as our daughter was celebrating a special birthday and she gave me a wonderful recommendation. The baker even had the cake delivered to our cabin. We enjoyed every aspect of the cabin - cooking our meals together, the covered porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails, later evenings down by the fire pit was the perfect way to cap off the day or a dip in the hot tub to relax after a day of hiking. Everything was just as subscribed and better than expected. This place truly is a gem. "

"Air conditioning worked great. Hot tub took 2 days to warm up but we still used and enjoyed it! Beds were suuuuuper comfy and all the streaming was great for late night movie wind down. We had a wonderful time! "

"I, unfortunately, was very sick when we got there. I had to go to the local clinic and they were awesome! They gave me shots and prescriptions and helped me enjoy my time there. Cabin was awesome! Will be back when I can enjoy it even more!!"

"Amenities were exactly right! Everything we could possibly need"

"Laundry room sink didn’t work. Ceiling fan in the main living area didn’t work. Dish washer wouldn’t lock. Kitchen sink hot water faucet came unscrewed. Had to screw it back on. Laundry room door code stopped working after 2 times of locking (yes I read the email about it swelling and everything else about it). Cabin wouldn’t cool down well enough to get everybody comfortable. Kids woke up after an hour of sleeping and were sweating and crying. Bumped the air to 65 and was still hot so we had to leave early. Woulda been fine for just me but husband and kids were too whiny to enjoy it. "
