We specifically desired to be close to a lake, but after the security deposit was paid, it became impossible to change our booking without forfeiting that money, even though VRBO was responsible for providing the incorrect location information.The internet connection was unreliable with frequent interruptions, which prevented us from making a video call. Additionally, there were no lights illuminating the firepit area, making it dark at night."
