- The LANDING is a well appointed cabin in the heart of Hochatown and newly build, an outdoor entertainers’ dream!!! Walking distance to local restaurants and bars!!!Oversized deck which boasts custom moveable shutters with several seating areas, a wood fire pit and firewood provided, gas fire table, 5 person jacuzzi, horseshoes, and cornhole. Bring your loved ones and sit outside by the fire, share old stories and create new lifelong memories over s’mores that we provide. Bring your favorite book or just sit back and enjoy the abundance of wildlife that frequent this property from Eastern Blue Bird, Pileated Woodpecker, Cardinals, hummingbird, a doe or two with her two fawn and a yearling. The Landing offers a circular driveway with tons of parking for your boat, jet ski, and ATV with the marina and trails only minutes away!
