First, when asking for questions/request it felt like I was bothering then (with most of the staff, specifically front desk and skybar hostess). "The room is a basic old standard hotel room. Old carpet. Old bedding. Old furniture. Only thing going for it is that you can connect your Netflix to the TV. Luckily only had to stay 5 hours before going across the street for surgery. The hospital was so much more clean. "
