Staying at La Sagesse for 4 days was a perfect experience for my family! If you’re looking for a quiet, affordable, not commercialized or built up spot to stay, with delicious fresh food every day, with a beautiful beach just about to yourself, then this is your place.
The beach is so nice, and when we were here in July we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves. The water was calm, and the scenery was amazing. The creek flowing in to the ocean on the side of the property is cool. There are a lot of trees at the back of the beach, so you can relax in a chair in the shade (or move it in to the sun). The IHG was still under construction, but I think even when that opens it'll still be quiet on the beach here.
The staff here is so helpful. They booked our airport transfers, and an all day island tour through the manager, and they were great experiences. Especially the tour with Mr. Boney!
The restaurant is awesome - great food, fresh fish every day. You can just roll on in whenever you want for a meal or drink, and they had a table set aside for us every evening.
Our Ocean View Family loft was a queen bed on the upper level with a view of the beach, and 2 twin beds on the main level. Beds were very comfy, the AC worked great, shower was good. The cleaning every day was good and thorough. The tub of water outside of the rooms to clean the sand off of your feet is a nice touch. I can't say enough good things about the room.

My stay was absolutely lovely, just far too short! It truly feels like a secret hideaway, perfect for comfort, peace, and relaxation. The pool, breathtaking views, delicious food, and wonderful staff were all amazing. And the rooms? OMG so scenic and beautifully designed! I can always appreciate thoughtful architecture and attention to detail.
Nina gave me a 10/10 massage, and Jen was an absolute doll so warm and welcoming. Overall, such a beautiful experience, and I’ll definitely make it a point to visit anytime I’m in Grenada. ❤️
