"Our pre arrival communication questions we asked over the phone was absolutely terrible, the receptionist was rude, told us she didn’t have time to speak to us because of a shift change and her attitude was just rude! I really wanted to cancel our stay but had pre paid and couldn’t get a refund so we stayed anyway. The receptionist rudeness though really did spoil the excitement of flying from Izmir to Antalya on a trip to meet and surprise our family and grandchildren staying at Land of Legends nearby. I understand hotels have policies but their customer service really does need addressing. That said, when we arrived the staff we met were very welcoming. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Location was good for Land of legends and took a 10 minute walk. "

"Hotel is clean and good location but far away to be a 5 start hotel the services is not near the higher standards I asked for some options before I arrived to the hotel with months in advance and they ignore my messages and did not answer I think there is a lack of customer services to be considered 5 start hotel the staff is also unfriendly and in the dining room they are so unhelpful they did not even remove plates or tell you where are the drinks I mean in general the customer services is so poor and the animation poor and repetitive, there are lots of hotels in Antalya that will beat this hotel I will not come back "
