We stayed for 2 nights in a king room that was not large but well laid out and very nicely decorated with a comfy bed. The staff at breakfast was excellent, friendly and organized. The buffet provided many options and we enjoyed it. The location is perfect for those who don't mind walking less than a km to all of the attractions, theatre or sporting events. We found it very quiet with many food options nearby although there is a wonderful lobby cafe at the hotel. A very enjoyable stay!

Fantastic hotel and likely the best available in Toronto today. You get what you pay for, and this place is top notch in every way.

My stay at 1 Hotel Toronto was genuinely wonderful from start to finish. The Flora Lounge is a highlight — the lush greenery creates a calming, nature-inspired atmosphere unlike any hotel bar I’ve visited. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. Yaz was warm, engaging, and spot-on with every menu recommendation. The woman managing the pool on Sunday afternoon (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was equally delightful. At Harriet’s, Alejandra (Ale) brought such genuine kindness and attentiveness to every interaction. When my travel plans changed unexpectedly, Jonah, Ify, and Shamar handled everything with patience and efficiency. I couldn’t have felt more looked after. I left feeling like family rather than a guest, and I’m already planning my return with my mom and sister. À bientôt! 🌿
