Went to Walmart and bought a $15 coffee maker, $2 coffee filters, and $8 bag of ground coffee. Spent $25 for unlimited cups equal to approximately 4 cups at the breakfast bar (Starbucks). Gave the coffee maker away and was money ahead. A/C and heater control was attached with duct tape. Bathroom does not have a fan. "
