"I've stayed at several hotels in different cities, but this one was the worst ever. There was a convention going on and it made the hotel very busy. That wasn't the problem though. First off there was no coffee offered in the lobby in the mornings. The hotel needs some updating in the rooms. It's a old hotel I understand that, but there was barely any hot water, the room was either to cold or too hot (ac didn't kick in at all), the bathroom toilet broke in the middle of the night, the shower curtain was falling apart, and the mini fridge did not work well. Everything I ordered from the restaurants were subpar, not to mention I waited 40 minutes for a Fish and chips only to be told they sold out. I still can't wrap my head about that. I don't understand how you can order something, wait 40 minutes, then told it's sold out. Some employees were super nice, while others were very rude. My whole experience was negative. "

"When we checked in the valet, Anthony, was excellent!! Very helpful even though we self parked. The check-in was slow and eventually disappointing. There was one person answering the phone (taking a reservation while we waited). She took our license plate number so that we could go in and out of the garage anytime, and the gate would automatically go up plus we get a dicounted rate. We didn't go out until departure and then found she never passed on the plate number to the garage. We paid full price rather further delay our departure. Other than her, the stay was excellent!!! Would we go back? Maybe. "
