"We stayed at a Drury Inn again. This was our sixth stay, and it really says a lot that we keep coming back. We’ve stayed in September, October, December, January, last week, and again yesterday. During a previous stay, there was no soap or body lotion, and this time there was soap available, which we appreciated—but still no body lotion, so I had to buy it again. I especially want to mention the lady from the afternoon shift who always welcomes us—she has been there every time we’ve stayed, and she is consistently kind, warm, and attentive. I will make sure to ask for her name next time, because she truly deserves recognition. Overall, the entire staff is very pleasant and welcoming. It’s the people who make the difference. "We had a great experience at the Texan Hotel. It’s full of character and has that classic Route 66 novelty that makes your stay feel special and memorable. The room was comfortable, and the overall vibe was fun and unique. One of the best parts was being able to walk to a nearby restaurant—super convenient after being on the road all day. "Cute renovated hotel in Amarillo. Very affordable. My only complaint was that there was little sound barrier between rooms in this older hotel structure and someone was playing music until 11 pm and you could hear people on the walkway until after midnight. "

"This place is super affordable and the staff is really friendly. TJ greeted us enthusiastically and gave us all the information we needed and was happy to answer any questions we had. It was our first time staying in a hotel like this, so we were pleasantly surprised to find dishes we could use to warm up any leftovers from going out to eat, which also helped us save money. We came to Amarillo to hike the Palo Duro canyon, and this hotel wasn’t too far from our destination. We would definitely stay here again."
