It’s a beautiful building and an exceptional location. But I struggle to see how this can be a 4 star. The carpet on the rooms is very very old and stained, the bed sheets are so short that they keep moving about and you end up sleeping on the raw mattress, and the air dryier is one of those wall mounted ones - which I don’t think I have ever seen in a 4 star. I asked whether I could get a normal plug-to-wall one but I was told no (I’m not the most kind of manners)

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. Great views and all Lille attractions within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable.
