"The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco."

The Armstrong Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely love The Armstrong hotel! I stay here whenever I’m in FoCo, the staff members are all so friendly and accommodating. "
"We loved our stay and wish we could’ve been there for more than a night. We reserved a room with a balcony/patio and loved hanging out listening to the live music down the street. The patios do connect to the larger hotel patio so they aren’t fully private. Highly recommend staying here when visiting old town Fort Collins!"
Spirit of the Rockies - Private Backyard & Hot Tub
10/10 Excellent
"The house is exactly has described and shown in the photos. We like to cook and found that the kitchen was well equipped. Loved option of dining outside as the weather was perfect. The location is also perfect. We were in walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown, many parks, walking/biking paths plus the Poudre River. We also found it very convenient for accessing the Rocky Mountain National Park which is a beautiful drive from FC.We found Stacy to be very easy to communicate with. She checked in to make sure we had everything needed and responded quickly to our questions.I highly recommend this house if you are planning to stay in Fort Collins. We will definitely stay here again."
"The property is listed accurately. It is small but comfortable with great attention to detail. Amenities are thoughtful and well taken care of. Property manager great communicator. A drain problem-not out of the ordinary-was fixed promptly during the stay without inconvenience to us. Definitely planning another stay. Nice neighborhood convenient to old town. Second bedroom having no bathroom is inconvenient. But it was clearly noted in the listing so expected. "
"My daughter and I stayed here. It is a beautiful place! Well decorated. Well stocked. And the washer was the best unplanned bonus! We had to wash quite a few of our clothes to be ahead of the curve when we got home. The hot tub was amazing! And after all of the stress of preparing for the wedding, planning, running around, dancing, food and wine, it was a welcoming relaxing time!Beds are super comfy! And the extra blankets were great for cozying up on the couch to catch up on Emails! "
"Great location near Old Town Fort Collins and with plenty of space for large groups to stay. The backyard is wonderful place to enjoy a beautiful Colorado day or evening. Walkable distance to amazing restaurants in old town and plenty of parking on and in front of the property. Stacy and the team were great and would absolutely stay at a mountain time rental again."
"In town for the marathon. Cottage is nicely equipped and thoughtfully designed. Kitchen is small but adequate for 2-4 people. Really appreciated the coffee, creamer and sugar available. Trash procedure is definitely different and you need to take time to locate and figure it out….Communication from property manager was excellent and well done. Cottage does not have central air but was comfortable with ceiling fan upstairs and window unit downstairs in the bedroom. Nice place for a short visit!"
