We informed the other gentleman (i don’t remember his name) about the issue and they took care of it almost immediately. Randy made sure that housekeeping went up and properly cleaned not only the bathroom but the entire room. It made our stay more enjoyable and also gave peace of mind that our bathroom was properly cleaned. Randy did an amazing job attacking the problem while still remaining professional and friendly.
