From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—friendly, attentive, and clearly proud of their charming boutique hotel. The building has a cozy, historic character that gives it a lot more personality than the typical chain stay. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Despite being in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, it was quiet and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the small touches—complimentary drinks during the evening social hour and a simple but pleasant breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect: close to restaurants, museums, and everything you’d want to explore in the area. For the price, comfort, and hospitality, The Inn on Third exceeded my expectations. I’d happily stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The building itself is incredibly atmospheric and full of character. It’s an older hotel, but that’s exactly what gives it its charm and unique personality. The interior feels cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved that you can grab cocktails, wine, or coffee downstairs - such a nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a walk around the city. The location is wonderful as well - everything is within walking distance, including the waterfront, restaurants, and bars. Overall, this place has a special vibe that made the stay feel memorable rather than generic. The bed linens and towels smelled amazing, and the bathroom was stocked with different little bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and other essentials, which felt very thoughtful. The hotel itself was also very clean and smelled wonderful throughout. The AC was a little noisy at night, and the bathroom showed some wear and tear, but honestly, that felt forgivable considering the age and character of the building. It’s part of staying somewhere historic rather than in a modern chain hotel."
