"Everything was good "

"The Hilton beach resort had nice amenities. The location is great. Palmetto Dunes area is really nice. The property itself is aged. Our room had a loose shower faucet, loud toilet, an outlet plug was loose, the HVAC did not properly work for the first night. The management would not let us change rooms due to a full hotel but did waive that resort fee. The hotel staff was nice but understaffed for how busy the resort was. "

"This was a last minute extension of our vacation, so to be fair, I would not have chosen a resort at all. Check in was at 4:00, at 6:00 still no room. We had dinner reservations so we couldn’t even freshen up and change before hand. Arrived back at resort after 11, still some confusion on our room. Finally get to our room and it was sketch. Didn’t meet expectations, cracks in all the walls , and I mean every one. Patched like a band aid and painted over. Just looked gross tbh. The view from the balcony was nice, not that we got to enjoy it until the next morning due to the lack of our room being ready. It was one night, smelled weed throughout, a bit chaotic, it just wasn’t our vibe. Others seemed to be enjoying themselves though. "

"Arrived at midnight, broken door lock, no available rooms, had to wait until the next morning to get it fixed:/ broken refrigerator:/ won't be returning to thot venue again. "

"The deferred maintenance is obvious throughout the property. Showers and “hot” tubs were cold. The toilets ran non stop and when we were told someone would come to take a look, no one showed up. Water to the building was shutoff during peak hours on our first day. My wife had to work from the room and was constantly interrupted by construction above us. The property is way overpriced and there are much better options in Myrtle Beach. Definitely keep scrolling for better options! "

"Our room wasn’t ready at check in time, room floors were very dirty, bathroom was extremely small, walkways to rooms outside were very dirty with garbage and some food in the same location not cleaned up for 3 days. Pools has sand and debris floating in them. "
