The recent renovations made it look very nice. However the quality of the workmanship was somewhat questionable - almost like updates were done quickly as the finishing touches were not done well (eg. trim). Painting was chipped in places on doors and walls - could tell it was blue before. Kitchen was well equipped and bed was super comfortable. Nice that it was pet friendly, however there must have been a cat before us as my allergies kicked in. If allowing pets, a really good clean and air freshener would be needed. You might have the cleaners clean under the bed. Location was convenient, nice and close to the village and Collingwood but our unit was not very private with people coming and going- had to close the drapes as we were so close to the cars. Very convenient to have the Thai restaurant right at the gate - we did take advantage of that and it was very good. The pizza kiosk was a cool idea - will try it next time.
