Great stay but one MAJOR thing missing!
We enjoyed our stay and location. However we were told we would be getting an email with shuttle details. We did not and it was a major set back for us. We could not find the details and were unable to contact anyone to get details. We ordered a cab that we waited for for 35 min then took our car to get to the village for dinner. This meant we could not celebrate our honeymoon with drinks as planned. The next night we walked down a dark unsafe highway to get to dinner. On our way back we saw a shuttle however cold not use it as we had to book a ride. Again we had a dark cold walk back. We were extremely upset by this oversight of not getting the details and basically ruined our stay.

Nice cozy p;ace with outdated amenities. Heater in living-dining area was broken . Fire place was just nice to see , but no heat (fan) was working . Cold air draft under the terace door and windows was unberable. Unit was very clean and staff tried to make us as comfortable as posible .They brought 2 portable heaters but still was to cold down close to the floor . All together very nice place but because of low temperatutres over night ( -23 C ) we had to shorten our stay.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of this unit. It needs a deep clean. The main areas were tidy but it was not clean. Food in the floor below the stools, dishes in the dishwasher that although were clean - were not. Food on the kitchen walls, pots and pans dirty, cutlery with food baked on, hair on the shower walls and on the ceiling, heaters and wall art not dusted - just not clean anywhere. Vacasa did an excellent job in following up but once I was in, I did not want to have someone in to clean.

Chintzy and missing essentials but expensive
We stayed over Christmas at this place with our dog. The listing said "fireplace," but it was an electric one -- and didn't even work consistently. The electric heating system is very old and works on movement sensors, so it was either freezing cold or incredibly hot and we kept having to turn it off and on. As well, some basics were missing, such as missing batteries in the remotes, only two coffee filters, and just two soaps for the dishwasher - very chintzy.. Finally, the photo we got pictured and listed a hot tub that looked like it was next to our condo or right in front. But no hot tub - when I called management, which was in Florida; they said they had no office in Blue Mountain. We called for the replacement of batteries, filters, etc the repair people were friendly, but even they commented that the condos we were in were old and needed upgrades. The office said that someone would phone me to compensate us, but nobody phoned. We did have someone stop by with a bottle of wine, but that was it. We would definitely not stay there again. Cheap and chintzy and false advertising and so expensive.

Weekend escape
This was a very lovely space. The only thing we could find was a cutting board. The location was great. We went into the village to look around and walk.

It was very difficult to contact the property manager because no one was on site.
We were unable to lock the door to go for dinner after we arrived. We called four different people who were unable to tell us how to do it. We waited 2 hrs before anyone came. The last person, Beth was the only one who seemed to take our situation seriously she insisted that someone would assist us and she stayed on the line until someone came. Written instructions should be made for unlocking and locking the doors.

Girls' weekend
Lovely condo - had everything you need! Easy 20 min. walk to the Village. Only suggestions: include simple instructions to open and close the door and the keypad on the door - there is a key hole on the lock and the tendency is to look for a key, and please replace the blow dryer (did not work).

I would book again!
The unit was very well equipped compared to others I have stayed at before. The picture on the website does not show the lovely new leather sofa bed in the living room. All appliances were in working order which i really appreciated. I would say that 2 people is fine but 4 in this unit would be very crowded.

Great condo!
Condo 505 was a great home-base for visiting the Blue Mountains region. The pictures were exactly as shown and it included all the essentials you might need. We particularly enjoyed the south-facing deck, as we got some great afternoon sun. It was also spacious enough to have dinner out there too. The pool was great, although generally busier in late afternoons. The walk to the Village was a pleasant 15 minutes. Plenty of towels supplied and the bedding was fresh and high quality. As our two daughters were sharing the pull-out, we did have to buy an extra blanket as only 1 extra blanket was supplied. Also, only four pillows were supplied, so if you like extra pillows might be worth it to bring your own. The only downfall to this condo is that these buildings are of early ‘90s wood frame construction, and being the ground floor, you can hear a lot of the movement from the unit above. It was fine all week, but a more boisterous group arrived on Friday night and kept us up for most of the night.

My family of three (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at condo 505 and had a lovely little ski vacation. Well appointed and very clean. Small space but suited our needs perfectly.

Our stay was great. Check in was easy, place was clean and had plenty of room for 2 people. Could definitely fit four! Property is located at the north end of blue quick drive to the village! Would stay again

Setup was good. Bed was comfortable, however the wall mounted heating unit was terrible. It would tap and pop loudly all night (while in operation or not). So little sleep was had for my wife and I, fortunately my 1 yo slept through it. The place wasn't exactly child-friendly, especially with the kitchen's second drawer from the bottom full of knives within my son's reach. Initial Access into the condo was easy (access code on electronic lock). However re-locking the door when we were trying to leave was not explained, and even calling customer service didn't help. They told us to wait for a on site rep to help. No one called me or came. We figured out the sequence of locking the door on our own but missed our dinner reservation by 30 mins. Finally the dog/pet friendly issue. We were originally shown through booking that the pet fee would be $50. Then were charged $75. When inquiring as to why, the cost breakdown included a base pet fee of $60, plus taxes and an extra service fee. Felt price gouged. Not to mention, the place wasn't actually that pet friendly. Especially during fall, a outdoor dog rinsing area would have been nice. We would have to rinse/wash our dog in our bath tub. Due to the time of year and covid-19 dilemma, exterior amenities were closed. But access to trails close by and a nice waterfall/stream setup were available.

Amazing Stay
Two reasons I didn’t give it all 5 stars. I received a call day of saying we had to check in by a set time and pick up keys and parking pass (all of this was not in the email chain I had been keeping up with). After a 15 minute wait on the phone they had mistakenly called people from other properties that in fact did not need to do this. Lastly I saw online somewhere that it was a “10 minute walk to the village.” Its actually more like 20 minutes and on two main roads. However, in terms of cleanliness and overall opinion I would most definitely stay here again. Very clean, lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen in terms of methods of cooking (cookie sheets, pots, pans, cutlery, stem wear, etc). If I were to give it a star rating I would give it a 4.8/5. Absolutely loved out stay, would highly recommend it.
