There is a lack of culturally diverse music options and designated spaces where residents can listen to music, socialize, and relax. Additionally, daily housekeeping services should be provided consistently, with rooms cleaned each day without requiring residents to submit individual requests.

One of the most incredible hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t hesitate and don’t use any other local hot Springs they just feel like a Lido whereas the hotel has such a beautiful and scenic facilities, which means you’ll never have to buy entrance for local hot Springs!
Huge shout out to both Evelyn and Andres at the front desk such hospitable incredible wise and friendly staff. It was so good here and especially happy hour that we extended the trip by day. I miss it already. I’m so happy to come here. It made my whole experience visiting Costa Rica🇨🇷 Pura Vida!!!

Site magnifique - nous avons tout aimé, seul désavantage -impossible d’accéder à des restos ou activités extérieurs à l’hôtel sans voiture.
