PROS:
Large room facing the swimming pool. Helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Good gym equipment with ping-pong table. Free hourly airport shuttle.
CONS: AIRPORT IS 25 MINUTES AWAY. NOT 2.8 MILES AS ADVERTISED BUT MORE LIKE 8 MILES AND SUBJECT TO TRAFFIC.
The TV in my room was old and very cheap, with only local channels and no media streaming options or working USB connection.
The bathroom sink was clogged, even worse, the water pressure constantly switches between low and high approximately every 30 seconds, and the water temperature changes at the same time, making it very difficult to take a comfortable shower. There is only one restaurant in the hotel, and it is quite expensive. There is absolutely no shopping, restaurants, or anything of interest within the immediate vicinity. The hotel is also quite far from Bangkok, so the location is inconvenient if you want to explore the city.
Overall, I found the hotel with too many basic problems and an inconvenient location. I would not stay here again and definitely cannot recommend it.
