Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

We arrived late night and the receptionist was very welcoming. The room at first side was ok but we looked and under the matress we saw bed bugs,they changed our room but unfortunately the second one was the same
The third room was clean but we had too go up the stairs one floor . All staff were nice and helpful.
