When we arrived, the reception was closed. A kind cleaning personnel let us in - but our name was not on the list of arriving guests. Waited for 40 minutes before we could check-in (by the cleaning person). The lift didn't work. We got a big room - but it was very cold, also in the bathroom. One of the pillows was missing cover. We wanted to use the spa (reason for choosing this hotel) - but it was closed. Breakfast was good - served by Dirk, the same person who checked us in. He is the only reason for not giving the lowest rating. He tried to do his best to make the stay tolerable. We checked out immediately after breakfast

Schön

Frühstück wahr für uns Persönlich Perfekt. Es wurde extra nach Unverträglichkeit gefragt und auch ob Spiegeleier oder Rühreier gewünscht sind. Das Hotel hat ein Paar Ecken die noch renoviert werden müssen. Aber das bekommen die Besitzer in den Griff. Wir werden es nochmal Buchen. Alleine schon wegen der Freundlichkeit der Besitzer.

Würde wieder hinfahren. Das Jungepaar hat Anscheinend das Hotel übernommen und ist bemüht auf ihre Gäste einzugehen. Es läuft noch nicht alles glatt, aber ihr seit ein Gutes Team mit Potential. Weiter so.

Sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück.Das Zimmer war sauber bei der Ankunft.An Sonsten wurde in dem Zimmer nichts gemacht.Hat uns aber nicht gestört.Ein Kühlschrank für Getränke zum Kaltstellen wäre angebracht!

Das uns zugeteilte Zimmer entsprach in keinster Weise den Bildern - das Bett war zerschlissen und so durchgelegen, dass wir darauf nicht hätten schlafen können. Die Heizungen gingen nicht, was bei 10 Grad Außentemperatur wünschenswert gewesen wäre. Die Einrichtung erinnerte an eine Ferienwohnung aus den 90ern. Auf Nachfrage unsererseits erfuhren wir, dass es einen Wasserschaden gab und daher die neuen Zimmer teilweise nicht nutzbar waren. Kann passieren - aber es hätte sich gehört, uns das vor Anreise oder wenigstens beim Check In mitzuteilen. So fühlte es sich doch nach Dummfang an... Wir haben uns in dem Zimmer nicht wohlgefühlt und sind ohne Übernachtung abgereist. Auf meine Kontaktaufnahme im Nachhinein inkl. zweimaligem Nachfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Professionelle Kommunikation sieht anders aus. Ich hätte kein Zutrauen, dass es bei Problemen mit dem Aufenthalt irgendein professionelles Management gibt und würde dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel punktet durch die sehr netten Eigentümer, das Frühstück ist hierbei besonders hervorzuheben. Hier wird noch alles frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, ein Mangel am Bett wurde jedoch zufriedenstellend abgestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns mit unserer 1 Jährigen Tochter sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist noch in dem Renovierungsprozess, daher vom Komfort und Ambiente noch nicht so wie es mal sein soll, aber es reicht vollkommen aus. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Besser als die meisten Bewertungen erwarten lassen

Angenehmes Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Bei sehr später Anreise einfach anrufen und der Schlüssel wird in einer Schlüsselbox mit Code hinterlegt. Die Zimmer sind schauber und die Bäder schön groß. Die Möbel sind nicht die neusten, eher schon bald wieder cool weil retro 😉, aber sauber, nicht abgewohnt und die Betten herrlich bequem. Der Teppich könnte langsam neu werden (Sonnenflecken/ausgeblichen wo mal andere Möbel standen). Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, inkl. Sekt (an einem Montag!!!) und Eierspeisen nach Wahl frisch zubereitet. Der Frühstücksraum mit dem Mobiliar (alte Nähmaschinenfüße als Tischunterteile und einen herrlichen Kupferkamin)und Blick auf den Ortskern mit Kirche war sehr einladend. Alles in allem für den Preis absolut in Ordnung.
