Customer service is world class exceptional. Hotel in great location. Beautiful property. Breakfast best I have had whilst travelling. Hotel truly excels only one suggestion be more sustainable with removal of plastic bottles to glass and wooden toothbrushes etc but faultless and highly recommended.

My stay at Meritel was fantastic and the experience and service i felt and received was warm and caring. Thank you for making my stay the best it could be. All the staff were friendly and amazing too. When I visit Hanoi in the future I will be sure to stay here again! Will also recommend to my family and friends. The hotel is grand and ornate. Welcome drink and fresh fruit when you check in. The staff ask about your day and do the very most to accommodate your needs. Hanoi is always awake but the hustle and bustle does not seep into the hotel which remains quiet and classy, ensuring a peaceful and relaxed stay.
