"Lovely hotel in a quiet spot at the southern end of Hua Hin. Right on the beach and round the corner from the green songthawn terminal so easy to jump in one for 20thb and get down to Tamarind or Cicada market in a few minutes. Also several great seafood restaurants 2 mins walk away.
The pools and rooms are really nice too.
I’ve given it 4 stars because the breakfast is quite limited but I would still definitely return and recommend the hotel to anyone."

Loved my stay at The Standard. Beautifully designed and staff were all so helpful and friendly. Food was also great.
I’d make 2 changes. An adult only pool (quite a few kids in the main pool and they tended to take over at times) and a bigger breakfast area.
I’d still come back!

Fantastic hotel. We stayed in the Blu Port side over the main road. But easy access to main hotel, pools, restaurants, beach via linking bridge. Everything was just great.

We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which was ideal for our 12 and 6 year old. This was cloaked off with a curtain, as was the dressing area, and the room felt we could have privacy when needed. The main bed was huge (all 4 could have fitted if needed) and was very comfortable.
Lots of breakfast options - traditional Thai and continental - and staff were helpful.

Immaculate and tastefully decorated.
Very small and away from the bustle of Hua Hin but - depending on your point of view - maybe a negstive.
In our case though we loved it and can’t wait to go back: if you want peace and quiet, drop dead beautiful scenery and architecture, good food and attentive staff this is the place.

Great place. In a 2 night stay I managed to use the excellent gym twice, the pool area a couple of times with food and drink, the sky bar with a great night time view and the restaurant. Great breakfast spread as well.
Very hard to fault this place.
We went to the water park twice as well, best one I’ve seen in Thailand
A big thanks to Benjamin (HM) and Marco (F&B).

The room, the facilities, the staff and the breakfast buffet were stunning. It was a real treat. The room was so comfortable we could have lived there if that was possible. The service was top notch and we had a great experience

The hotel is located centrally right opposite Bluport mall and only a few metres from the beach. Amenities are excellent and staff very friendly.
Food at the the restuarant is very well priced and delicious
