"I nicely put my skin care and cosmetics on the table and took a picture of it before left the room. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day."

Upon our arrival, Jane welcomed us and was available for every need, be it a massage, information or a surprise dinner. Despite the heaviest floods in 100 years, the incredible staff led by Kiwi, - Mo, Ying, Son-thu, the wonderful, dedicated gardener and Aww, the chef who prepared our breakfasts, remained a calm presence. The place is stunning and has every amenity possible. We felt completely relaxed and pampered and can't thank Jane and her staff enough for their hospitality, kindness and devotion. On a personal note, I want to thank Jane, who surprised me as well with a gift for my birthday. It was such a generous gesture and I will truly miss them. "
