"The room we were given hadn’t been occupied in a long time. The bathroom sink water came out with a grey color. Lots of air in the plumbing. We were told it was a city thing about the water. The water pressure was poor. There was no hand soap when we arrived. There was no extra toilet paper. We had to get these items."
