Its location, 300 meters from the sandy beach of El Portet and the best restaurants, makes this property a perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. Dogs and other pets are welcome (additional cost of 55 euros). The second bedroom has two single beds, a generous wardrobe, and splendid sea views. The third bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, and views of the pool. The second and third bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a shower. Up an exterior staircase, you'll find an additional apartment with a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a cozy private living room with sea views. On the same floor, a beautiful wooden staircase leads to a huge 210-square-meter terrace with splendid views of El Portet Bay and the famous Peñón de Ifach. This terrace features a dining area with a pergola for shade during meals, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, and a sofa area for snacks or drinks in the evening. For our guests' additional information, although the property has 2,000 m2 of private garden, the building itself comprises the third and fourth floors of a building.
