Villa Casa Nova, with 168m² of living space on two floors, has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people. A comfortable and peaceful villa where comfort and charm meet serenity and fun. Your ideal retreat for an unforgettable holiday. From the spacious roof terrace and the upper floor you have a marvellous sea view, and in 10 minutes you are on the beach of Moraira.
Layout of the villa:
On the upper floor you will find a bedroom with double box-spring bed (180cm/200cm) and air conditioning, another bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and air conditioning, a cosy living room with air conditioning and TV with Chromecast for entertainment, dining table for six people, a fully equipped gas kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and whirlpool, and access to a spacious roof terrace.
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two 80cm/200cm box-spring beds and ceiling fan, another bedroom with a 90cm/190cm box-spring bed and ceiling fan, a third bedroom with double box-spring bed (2 inseparable 80cm/200cm mattresses), ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with rain shower, Living room with air conditioning and a second TV with Chromecast for more entertainment options, dining table for six, another fully equipped gas kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
Outside the villa:
In the outdoor area with 854 m² of land, you can relax under a pretty awning, next to a long dining table for up to 10 people, a refreshing private pool, seating areas with sun loungers and poufs and a gas barbecue for al fresco dining.

#### Nice place but few items of improvement.
Nice place, with a good pool and nice eating area outside. House is nice but few items to be aware of when booking. The place is split into 2 and no access via internal stairs- you have to use external stairs. We had kids with us ranging from 7 to 16 sleeping downstairs and so had to work out key arrangements to ensure doors were locked at night and so we had access. Very little cooking equipment and no proper basics provided. We left oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, water, bin bags, cleaning stuff etc which will all be put in the bin. With other places I’ve stayed they leave basic which others have left, no food. Otherwise you end up spending a fortune on just having the basics. Bed sheets were not fitted and come off, 2 of the fans in downstairs don’t work. Heat was unbearable in those rooms at times. Washing machine was outside in an external metal cupboard and had dirty sheets in it. Only 1 pillow person, no spares- I sleep with 2 so used sofa pillow. Would use again but family’s with kids not the most ideal place. More couples or older family’s.

The outside area and barbeque seating area were absolutely brilliant. A great place to socialise. The villa was large, clean and had great airconditioning upstairs and in the kitchen downstairs (which was unexpected here). It's worth noting that the link between upstairs and down is an external staircase with two lockable doors at either end. If travelling with young children, understand that they will not be able to walk from one area to the other without going outside through these doors so adults sleeping upstairs will not be easily reachable without leaving the doors unlocked. The tiles at the side of the pool became very slippery when wet. May not be suitable for young children.
