MAGNIFICENT VILLA FOR RENT IN Moraira (Costa Blanca), with private pool for up to 10 people.
DISTRIBUTION: This villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. Upstairs we find four bedrooms (three with double bed and one twins) and a large bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms have a terrace overlooking the sea and the town of Moraira. On the main floor, we have a bedroom (twin beds) and bathroom. We also have a laundry room, a kitchen and a spacious and comfortable living room.
EXTERIOR: From the house you access a large porch with furniture and barbecue area. We have a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers. This villa with a plot of 2900m2, is surrounded by vineyards and pine trees.
LOCATION: Located in the countryside and just a few minutes from the sea and the village of Moraira. Where you can find the fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. Given its location you can enjoy a haven of peace and tranquility.
