Everything we needed was provided, there were lovely touches like well stocked cupboards (I hate having to buy salt, pepper, mustard etc on every holiday) and the availability of towels to use. We both agreed that this was the best holiday we have ever had, the only problem was that we had to come home again.

Tolles Haus, super Aussicht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Alles auf einer Ebene. In Echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter so wie auch Betreuung vor Ort. Pool war toll, da wir im November da waren, war die Heizung natürlich super.Wurde auf unseren Wunsch sofort eingeschaltet. Wir haben da zwei schöne Wochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Wir empfanden es angenehm, direkt vom „Esszimmer“ aus in den wirklich warmen Pool zu hüpfen, beinahe ein wenig „Florida-Style“. Auch die automatische Pool-Abdeckung war sehr pflegeleicht. Leider war das Haus, vor allem Küche und auch Bad, WC, bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Zudem hatten unsere „Vormieter“ ihren Job nicht sehr gut gemacht. Sowohl in der Geschirrwaschmaschine als auch im Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler waren noch persönliche, offene Essensreste und Geschirr zu finden. Auch um das Haus herum lagen noch Utensilien wie Flossen, Matratzen, usw.… Am Meisten überraschte uns jedoch der Bagger, welcher auf dem Nachbargrundstück auffuhr. Bei unserem letzten Spanien-Urlaub vor einem Jahr hatten wir die Umgebung erkundet. Von Zuhause aus lässt sich ebenfalls die Umgebung per Google-Earth prüfen. Leider wurde das Haus auf der rechten Seite der Villa zwischenzeitlich abgerissen. Dort bestand bei unserer Ankunft eine Baugrube, die dann eben mit Schaufel und Presslufthammer, bearbeitet wurde. Somit war der Lärm, der Staub sowie die Vibrationen sehr intensiv. Dazu kam die nicht vorhandene Privatsphäre auf der Pool- und vor allem auf der Whirlpoolebene. Leider hat der Besitzer die bevorstehenden Bauarbeiten, Lärmemissionen und damit verbundenen Unannehmlichkeiten mit keinem Wort erwähnt, obwohl er dies aufgrund der montierten IP-Cameras, welche das Grundstück sichern, sicherlich gewusst hat. Das Haus wäre perfekt, schön ausgerüstet und die Meersicht traumhaft. Pech hat, wer seine Ferien dort verbringt, während die Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück vorangeht.

Calpe ligt op wandelafstand ( voor zij die graag de kustrand bewandelen) of een kwartiertje met de auto. In het binnenland is Guadelest een bezoekje waard. Dit huis is top.
