GREAT VILLA FOR RENT IN MORAIRA (Costa Blanca), with private pool for up to 10 people.



DISTRIBUTION: Distributed on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor there's a cozy lounge with fireplace and large dining room. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. This floor has two bedrooms (double beds) and two bathrooms (one with bath and another with shower). On the upper floor have two bedrooms (one with two bunk beds and one double bed) and two en suite bathrooms (one with shower and bath and one with bath). From the master bedroom of this floor,there's access to a terrace and a solarium.



EXTERIOR: This villa of 270m2 offers a large plot of 1100m2. It has a beautiful garden with palm trees and grass. A large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a magnificent covered terrace. There is a communal tennis court. Enough space to park the cars on the villa's grounds.



LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of Moraira, near the coast where we find numerous coves with crystalline waters. Just steps from the popular town of Moraira and its sandy beach.

The villa itself is lovely, but the management company were totally unresponsive. We had no bed linens, or pool towels, and one of the bedrooms and one bathroom were rendered unusable by an ant infestation. In another of the bathrooms, there was no water being fed to the taps, meaning you couldn't wash your hands in there, after using the toilet.When we contacted the management about these matters, we were eventually told there was an extra charge for bed linens, but not what it was. Eventually we were told it was an extra 20-25 Euros per person for bed sheets.We were told someone from maintenance would attend to survey the ant infestation, but they never did. We rented a four bed, four bath villa, and only used three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and had no bedsheets.It would be fair to say that we felt totally ripped off, and will never book anything handled by Abahana Villas again.
