Welcome to SANTA ISABEL, a charming villa for up to six people with the possibility of accommodating up to eight due to the availability of the sofa bed in the living room.

It is located in a quiet and exclusive area of Moraira. A privileged location that places it just 900m from Ampolla beach and 1km from Cala Andragó, where you can choose between typical rocky coves and small sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters for diving, snorkelling or simply taking a refreshing swim, as well as enjoying the summer nightlife, bars, shops, hiking, cycling and water activities offered in the area.

The single-storey villa features a large terrace with partial sea views, a living-dining room with a fireplace, a modern and practical fully equipped American kitchen, the master bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace with mountain views, two other bedrooms with single beds and views of the garden, and lastly, a bathroom with a shower.

The villa has air conditioning in the living-dining room and hallway. In addition to having a fenced plot.

The villa is ideal for spending a holiday with family or friends, its outdoor area enjoys tranquillity, shade on the hottest days, a private pool with a depth of 1.5m ideal for children and an area conditioned to enjoy dinners under the stars.

Moraira has become a popular tourist destination on the Costa Blanca due to its crystal-clear waters and picturesque old town, which preserves its traditional fishing village character. In the port area, you can find many restaurants and bars offering fresh seafood and fish, as well as other local specialities.

The cultural activity of Moraira is very diverse, several festivities are celebrated throughout the year, such as the San Juan festival in June, the Virgin of the Forsaken festival in August, and the Moors and Christians festival in September. These festivities include parades, live music, and cultural activities.

Moraira

The villa was nice, clean and comfy, pool was good and a nice outside sitting/bbq area. Walking distance to the lovely town and beaches of Moraira so great for going out to scoff and drink peeps. great beaches , liked the rocky ones best

Un encanto

La ubicación es excelente, se puede ir andando a la playa. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones encantadoras en familia, y se han portado muy bien con nosotros desde el minuto cero. Lo único, es que el hecho de que haya un solo baño lo hace un poco complicado cuando vas en familia, pero el resto todo excelente.

Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für uns. Sauberkeit sehr gut und komplett ausgerüstet. Hervorzuheben die Qualität Internet/Wifi. Weniger gefallen hat uns die Ungenauigkeit der Beschreibung des Hauses.
