The villa sleeps up to six people. A cot and high chair are available at no extra charge. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, a short walk to local shops, supermarket and bars and a short drive to Moraira town and beach. To the side of the property there is a privately owned pool with shower room and around the villa are areas of garden and patio including a BBQ area. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms (bedroom 1 with ensuite shower) and a private pool available with or without child safety fence, it is fully equipped with a modern kitchen. There is Air conditioning / heating throughout. Free Wi-Fi, smart TV with subscription paid Netflix, Spanish TV, DVD player, Free to view satellite TV (some of the free to view channels are, bbc1, itv1, itv2, e4, more4, citv, pop, tiny pop, pop girl, 501 etc) and Wii games console and a selection of games Both main bedrooms have TV's with free to view sky channels and Spanish TV. Bathroom 1 with shower, wash basin and toilet is located in the Hall. Ensuite shower and wash basin are located in Bedroom 1. Bathroom 3 (shower room toilet) is located to the rear of the downstairs garage and not in the main part of the house and can be used as an extra bathroom or for pool use. The kitchen is equipped with stainless sink and drainer, fridge, built in cooker with hob above, dishwasher, plus all pots, crockery and cutlery. Lounge/Diner with table and 6 chairs, L shaped large sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and free to view satellite, DVD player and selection of films. Free WI-FI. Air conditioning throughout. Naya with open terrace, table with large sofa and two reclining seats with drinks table and barbecue for alfresco dining overlooking the pool. For the safety of children the villa now has fully compliant pool safety fencing which is removable so the villa can be booked with or without it at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby you will find tennis courts, golf course, scuba diving centre and sailing school. Moraira is a pretty fishing village with strict building regulations in force, so there are no high rise buildings here. The people are renowned for their friendliness and with a coastline that stretches for 8km you will be spoilt for a choice of bars and excellent restaurants. You can walk along the palm fringed seafront, past the castle and numerous beaches; choose from rocks, pebbles or sand. The main sandy beach l Ampolla is situated at the foot of the castle and is patrolled by lifeguards, there are excellent facilities here including children's play area, restaurants, bar and various water sports. El Portet beach also has fine sand and crystal clear water, and has been presented with the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness. You have all you need. location is close to the beach, supermarkets, gas stations ... communication with the host has also been very good, fast and efficient. We spent a few days with our dogs and they also enjoyed a lot. If you are looking for a place to disconnect and spend time with the family, it is ideal. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance, the house and gardens are very private and secure.
