### Portina - 3 bedroom villa 5 min from El Portet
This delightful holiday villa in the popular El Portet area of Moraira is close to the beach and within easy walking distance of the town centre.
Set over two levels the villa consists of lounge, kitchen dining area, utility room, three good sized bedrooms, two bathroom one en suite and a large terrace and pool area. Comfortably furnished and with the benefit of full air conditioning, Wi-Fi, central heating and satellite TV, this is a great place to enjoy all that Moraira has to offer.
Outside there are a number of terrace area where you can enjoy the Spanish sun with views to the sea including one with gas BBQ for the essential al fresco dining. On the ground level you will find the private pool surrounded by extensive terracing and with a covered section for when you need a break from the hot Spanish sun. There is also a small fridge located here, great for ice cream and cold drinks close to the pool.
All this just an easy stroll to the lovely bay and beach of El Portet.

Fantastic location - short walk to beach and lovely coastal walk into Moraira. The villa suited our needs - great outdoor spaces, lovely sea views and good size rooms. Service from HMR impeccable as always. Pool could do with a spruce up and clean.

A lovely villa set over 2 floors with views of Portet beach. We loved the various outdoor seating areas set across the 3 levels, the walk into Moraira town was a pleasant walk in an evening. If I had to find any negatives, I would suggest a gate at the top of the steps leading to the pool would be useful to give peace of mind with young children.

Excellent Villa in a fantastic location. The rental agent was brilliant and very helpful with easy communication. The villa had lots of different seating areas and the pool was wonderful. Just a short walk to the beach and beach bars at El Porteta little longer walk (20 mins) into Moraira and all it has to offer. Will definitely be returning to the area and wouldn’t hesitate to use the agent again. No negatives. A perfect holiday.

La casa es muy agradable y amplia. Y el trato y atención de HMR ha sido impecable. Tanto Léonie como Matthew han estado atentos en todo momento a nuestras necesidades. Por poner algún "pero", se agradecería tener más cubiertos, ya que van justos para una comida. Si se pone el lavavajillas una vez al día (que no sería necesario más), hay que fregar a mano los cubiertos de la comida para poder usarlos en la cena.

La casa es espectacular, buena ubicación y mejores vistas. La distribución de la casa es buenísima, y el espacio exterior, una maravilla. La anfitriona, encantadora. Pudimos entrar antes de la hora y no fue estricta en la salida. La cuesta de la playa a la villa. Aunque la distancia era poca, era empinadísima, al igual que prácticamente todos los alojamientos.

#### You should stay here!
This place was perfect for our family group. Bug enough so we didn't get on each other's nerves and small enough for dining and games together. Lots of different areas to hang out or have a bit of alone time. Perfect if you don't want to hire a car, everything you need a short walk away. And the glorious pool kept everyone cool and entertained. 1 week may not be enough!
