"We felt so at home in this beautiful boutique house. Attention to detail was everything… Everyone made us feel so at home… almost like it was our own home. We met Salema when we arrived and what a beautiful welcome she gave us… by the end of our 4 night stay, it felt like we had known her for much longer. Her breakfasts were delicious … I could wake up to eat them every day for the rest of my life. Our room (no4 ) was just perfect… overlooking the beautiful courtyard. Beautiful touches of flowers on the towels and the pretty toilet paper… making everything that little bit more special Everyone made us feel so welcome and comfortable… nothing was too much trouble. The street is very peaceful and perfect for a calm relaxing stay. We love the beaches of Moraira and Javea and this hotel was in the middle of everything. We will most definitely be coming back to see you ! Thank you so much"

"We had a lovely relaxing holiday, the villa was really nice with plenty of outside space and a good size pool. The view is stunning, just what everyone in "a place in the sun" is searching for. Although the sat nav took us an interesting route to get there we soon found our bearings. There are plenty of shops nearby to pick up groceries and Moraira is a lovely small town. Paula couldn't have been more helpful and very friendly. I have already recommended the place to friends and family and we will definitely be returning."

"We were 2 couples staying in the villa (end of May) and had our own bathroom which was one of our criteria. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outside kitchen is fantastic. Loads of sun beds and outside furniture. We paid for heating the pool. It’s a 30 minute downhill walk into Moraira and a taxi back was 8.5 Euros. Great holiday and we hope to return to this villa."

"This villa ticks alot of boxes.Excellent Hostess, Maria was very keen to make our stay as perfect as it could be and again we thank you.Ample outdoor space with plenty of sheltered areas for those who prefer to be out of the sun.Pool area perfect with comfortable sunbeds and outdoor shower.Great balcony with fantastic sea views and comgortable seating/eating areas.Very spacious on the inside with fully equipped kitchens.If we were to have any negatives all we would comment on is that,All bedrooms could benefit from a full length mirror, if not on the wall maybe attached behind a wardrobe door.A guest booklet on both floors just to point out a few basics like where the nearest supermarket is, waste bin areas, etc etc just till you get the feel of the area. It's sometimes easier to view a booklet rather than your phone.Games room was not really for us as we prefer pool table to billiards, the room could maybe benefit from a dart board/table tennis/table football, a bit more variety with the space it has to offer, especially for those visiting in the cooler months or wish to be out of the all day sun.We would definetly return again to this area and this villa."

"Sehr schöne Villa, mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die Außenküche ist sehr praktisch und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Der Pool ist herrlich und war sehr sauber. Insgesamt hat alles gepasst und wir bedanken uns sehr für den tollen Aufenthalt."

"We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Villa el portret. 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. alles was in het huis aanwezig, zelfs wat naaigerei wat we toevallig even nodig hadden. we missen nu al de gezelligheid van de 2 grote terrassen. de kids het mooie zwembad. De communicatie met Pleun verliep heel goed en ook Ulli de beheerster niks dan lof. het is voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar."
Hotel Serawa Moraira

"3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself"
