Your Wellbeing is our Priority!
The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Marcelo is a beautiful villa set on private grounds in a peaceful residential area on a hillside by the outskirts of Moraira, only 1,5 Km. away from the magnificent beach resort of Moraira, a charming coastal town where a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be found next to unrivaled coves and beaches. Sit back and enjoy astonishing sea views from the terrace while feeling the essence of the Mediterranean holiday experience.
The drive offers parking for 1 car, leading us towards the terrace area with an attention-to-detail decoration. Follow towards a private swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and a couple of steps up to a very tasteful built-in BBQ area with an outdoor dining area and various spaces with lemon trees and pine trees. The entire accommodation is on one-level and equipped with central heating for the cooler months. Enjoy the cozy interior of Marcelo welcoming us with a charming lounge/dining area with wood beams and nice Mediterranean tiles. The lounge is equipped with Sat+TV+DVD and A/C together with a fireplace with an exit to a covered terrace offering incredible panoramic views of the coastline.
From the lounge, we follow to a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. Finally, we find a very comfortable double bedroom with A/C and en-suite shower and one twin bedroom with A/C and a shower. Marcelo will make it hard for you to leave this lovely spot.

Très facile pour réserver, pratique pour la remise des clés, Belle vue, belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer, piscine, grill et table extérieure. Intérieur un peu vieillot, petite douche dans la chambre à coucher, chaise longue pas très propre. Village de vieux, voisin avec enfant insupportable, pas de respect pour les autres, c'est le problème des touristes, musique de vieux à fond à côté, dalida, ferret, bruel Johnny que de la musique de vieux, alors ça dépend de vos voisins. Mais pour moi trop de villa collée une à côté des autres.

#### Un lugar muy bonito
El alojamiento estaba muy bien. Pero: El menaje escaso, los productos de limpieza de cocina inexistentes. Llegaron los jardineros en medio de la tarde sin avisar. Y cuando llegamos de la playa estaban dentro limpiando y regando. Solo había dos medios rollos de papel higiénico y ni gota de jabón de manos. Por el resto, un sitio muy tranquilo y la casa es estupenda. Y pasamos una semana muy biena
