Casa Inés is a perfect holiday villa for all families and couples. It is situated in a prime elevated position and takes full advantage of the spectacular Seaviews and Moraira town and is still only 5 mins drive from Moraira town and beach. It has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge / dining room. A relaxing naya sun room that has doors opening out to a large balcony overlooking Seaviews and Moraira town. There are plenty of cafes, bars and a good range of restaurants to suit everyone’s taste. THIS PROPRTY IS REGISTERED WITH THE VALENCIAN TOURIST BOARD AS REQUIRED BY SPANISH LAW REG: VT-456100-A The property has recently been refurbished throughout and newly furnished. The villa is detached with a south facing pool (sun all day!!) A remote controlled gate accesses the property with plenty of space for secure parking. The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with palm trees. The pool is kidney shaped with an outside shower. The terrace overlooking and surrounding the pool provides high quality sun beds plus a nearby table with 6 chairs under a covered outside naya suitable for meals during the day including BBQ. There are shaded areas around the property if you need to take a break from the sun. Towards the end of the day when all the other villas are going into the shade, Casa Inés is still enjoying the sunshine into the evening, so you get full use of the pool all day! The main living area is on the first floor of the villa with 2 bedrooms both equipped with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom is located opposite the bedrooms with a large basin and a walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven and induction hob, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a filtered drinking tap and all the cooking utensils you will need on holiday. The lounge dining room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating and foot bean bags. There is LCD TV with Spanish tv and Freesat UK channels (BBC, ITV, C4…and many more) and a Blu-ray player with a selection of DVD’s available for you to enjoy. Full fibre broadband with speeds up to 1Gb. In the dining area there is a large table with 6 chairs. An external staircase leads you to the third bedroom located on the ground floor which has a double bed with air conditioning and en-suite that has a walk in shower. The villa has full central heating for use through the winter months when it can get a bit chilly in the evening. A Utility room is available with the use of a washing machine and there is also an outside rotary washing line available. A local bar and restaurant is within walking distance of the villa for the nights you don't want to drive and there is a host of sporting activities in the area including jet skiing, boat trips, kayaking, cycling and a golf course with tennis courts and restaurant that is only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Spa treatments are also available at a nearby hotel, just 400 yards from the villa. There are NO additional mandatory fees for air con and WiFi. All linen, towels and beach towels are INCLUDED. We will be as accommodating as possible to meet your requirements on change over days. Leading up to our stay Ian & Venessa responded back to us quickly on any and all questions we had about the villa and thing to do and see in Moraira and the surrounding area. On arrival the villa was exactly as presented on the Vrbo website and we had absolutely no issues during our entire stay. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable and with a kitchen fully stock with all service items one could possibly need. The villa is complete with its own private swimming pool which we enjoyed daily during our stay. Ian & Vanessa (and Kim!) were the perfect hosts. In the past we've always rented villas in Javea. But it gets extremely busy there, so we fancied a change. As we've always loved visiting Moraira, Casa Inés seemed like the perfect place. It didn't disappoint! The villa is securely gated and ideally situated within just a few minutes drive of the town centre. Our favourite supermarket (Mercadona) is around 10 minutes drive, although there are closer grocery shops if you prefer. The kitchen is really well-equipped - the second fridge was a bonus for chilling all our drinks! Often we arrive at a villa and immediately have to get to the shops for hand soap, paper towels, toilet rolls and water. But at Casa Inés, all this was there for us, meaning we could relax on arrival and give the kids time to play in the pool whilst we unpacked before heading to the supermarket. The villa is air conditioned throughout, which was fantastic for when we needed it. The barbecue is a top-quality gas barbecue, which was very clean and we made lots of use of. Something to note is that one double bedroom is located separate to the main living area. You need to go outside and down the main steps to access it - this suited our 18 year old daughter, as she likes her own space sometimes. I think we actually prefer Moraira to Javea now! We had a great time at Casa Inés and we're sure you will too! ##### Ged W. Wonderful to have the sun all day and also nice areas for shade. Great location and very near to all our favourite restaurants. We appreciated being able to have an earlier check in and the complimentary cava and coffee pods were very welcome. The electric gate to the property was very temperamental but I understand this problem has been reported and just waiting to be fixed. Very clean, nice environment. Everything is close by. Supermarket, beaches en enough to do. The house is really nice. Zvery nice pool and garden. The villa not only met but exceeded our expectations. It was so well equipped it certain felt like home from home. The Air Con was greatly appreciated as it was very hot during our stay and as promised, the pool area was sunny for most of the day. From the views and the pool to the lovely living spaces indoors and outdoors it is stunning. The beautiful town of Moraira is close by where there is a lovely beach and there are many some great restaurants. Ian and Vanessa were fantastic hosts and made us very welcome with great comms and an easy check in and out process. Also its position not far from the main roads meant exploring the wider area by car was really easy. Some of our group ran from the villa into Moraira and across to El Portet which gives you an idea of accessibility. The gardens and pool area were up there as the best we have experienced and in particular we felt the stunning sea and El Portet views from the upstairs balcony dining area are even more beautiful and breathtaking in person than the pictures. Such a lovely place to relax day and night with lots of areas to get together and find your own space to meet every need. Everything is really well appointed and well planned as a holiday home. Communication was excellent both by Vanessa and Ian before arrival and with the wonderful Kim who checked us in and out and was available if we needed anything. We stayed as a 6 made up of three generations. 4 adults and 2 children (ages 4 and 6) so the 2 bedrooms up stairs and the separate lovely room downstairs with a en-suite worked really well for us. Everything was as in the pictures. I totally recommend this spot for everyone who likes calm and nature. Really close to shops and you can get easily lost in its beaches like a little paradise . It was the most relaxing holiday ever. The villa is beautifully decorated. The rooms are not only comfortable but also stylish. The villa has two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs which was perfect for our family . The living dining room area is spacious and there’s a wintergarden patio area which serves as a second living room or huge patio . We had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean . The villa also has several lounge areas with very tasteful patio furniture. So you’ll find a place in the sun or shade any given time of the day, So you can sunbathe beside the pool or relax in the shade. The villa is in a very friendly, neat and beautiful neighborhood. There’s restaurants close by and the village Moraira ( with everything from supermarket to restaurants, pharmacy and icecream etc.) is a 5 min drive by car. We have traveled far and extensive, and this villa was definitely one of the nicest we stayed at .
