It also boasts an excellent location, just 650 meters from El Portet Beach and its 4 restaurants and 2 km from the town of Moraira, with its beautiful shops and restaurants. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment is part of a small community of about 20 apartments that share a beautiful communal pool that is not frequented by other residents, so it can often be enjoyed as a private pool. Dogs and other animals are not allowed at this property. The private parking space is next to the penthouse door. On entering the penthouse we access to a corridor that distributes on the right hand side the 2 bathrooms, the two bedrooms in front and on the left the large living room with integrated kitchen, fireplace and large folding windows with splendid sea views. Finally we find a large terrace of about 25 meters with dining table and sofa area to relax or have drinks in the evening. Location: the penthouse " Bahía del Portet" is only 650 metres from el portet beach and its 4 restaurants.
