Your dream holiday awaits you! Casa la Cereza is an exquisite 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa close to the center of picturesque coastal town of Moraira. With breathtaking sea views, a private pool, and an inviting outside kitchen complete with a BBQ, you’ll have your own private paradise to create unforgettable memories.
From the private driveway you step into the house in the inviting entrance hall. The living room boasts a charming fireplace, a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a large fridge, Nespresso machine, SMEG kettle, toaster, microwave, and a dishwasher.
The upper floor also offers a comfortable double bedroom, an additional guest toilet and washing room for extra convenience. As you step onto the terrace, prepare to be captivated by the amazing view that stretches before you. A generously sized table for 8 persons awaits, offering the perfect dining setting while enjoying the beauty of the surroundings.
On the lower floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, all with luxurious box-spring beds (2.00m x 1.60m). There are 2 en-suite bathrooms and 1 separate bathroom, all complete with a towel heater and a hairdryer. Each room offers direct access to the pool area.
Relax outside on the sun loungers or take a refreshing dip in the private pool (11 x 5), which can be heated on request (see conditions below). You can prepare delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen, complete with gas BBQ, sink, fridge, bar and dishwasher. For added convenience, there is a outside bathroom with shower.
Casa la Cereza is located just 1.8 km from Moraira centre and walking distance to a small supermarket and restaurant. Other great benefits: air conditioning in every bedroom and living room, free fiber Wi-Fi, and private outdoor parking.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Villa space / design well thought out for maximising usage. Outside BBQ, kitchen area brought the chef to the pool party, fridge, dishwasher all lit up with electric plug points. Seperate outside shower, toilet and sink building. With plently of lounge areas to sit back and relax.

#### Vriendinnen trip
Wij vierden onze 50e verjaardag met 8 vriendinnen. De villa was in alle opzichten perfect. 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. In de ochtend ontbijten op het boven terras met een prachtig uitzicht in de verte over zee. Daarna via de buitentrap of via de slaapkamers naar het zwembad. Daar hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt, want het was een hittegolf in juni. Heerlijk zwemmen in het ruime zwembad. Schaduw opzoeken op de loungebank of lekker onder de parasol. Overal waren gezellige hoekjes om te zitten of te liggen. Meerdere plateau’s of niveau verschillen, wat dit huis zo uniek maakt. Op een van de plateau’s werd er joga gedaan in de ochtend. Wij hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar er is ook nog een prachtige buitenkeuken met bbq, koelkast en vaatwasser. Ideaal! De villa is op korte rij afstand (5 min) van strand en centrum gelegen. Hier vind je ontzettend leuke restaurants, winkeltjes en mooie baaien. Kortom, wij komen graag nog eens terug!

#### Een heel fijn huis met een heerlijk zwembad en prachtig uitzicht.
We hebben een geweldig leuke vakantie gehad in Casa la Cereza. Ontzettend genoten van het zwembad, de ruimte en het mooie terras met uitzicht op zee. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor ons een reden om volgend jaar weer terug te gaan.
